I have led full-cycle recruitment in startups and large organizations, designed hiring processes as the first HR hire at a startup, and managed high-volume, high-stakes national recruitment projects. I also stepped into leadership and managerial responsibilities while maintaining hands-on sourcing.

I coordinate interviews, offers, contract finalization, relocation and visa processes, and training programs.
