I have done various admin tasks, I became a customer agent representative and even moved up to become a Team Lead. I was leading a fantastic team of 30-40 agents. In my role as a squad lead, I was managing and supporting the team, helping new hires get settled in like onboarding process, and training new agents. I also monitored my agents' calls to make sure that everyone was doing their tasks well and so that I would know if someone needed more help.
On top of that, I've been rocking the graphic design world for 5 years. I love creating eye-catching graphics, whether it's for infographics or spicing up social media content.
