At ACC Premier, I make 150+ outbound calls daily to current and former customers, presenting wine selections, promotions, and subscription opportunities. I use consultative selling, upselling, objection handling, and personalized recommendations to generate daily sales and encourage repeat purchases.

At 1-800-PACK-RAT, I converted inbound leads into booked moving and storage customers with a 50% close rate while explaining pricing, logistics, and service options. At Lenovo, I helped customers and businesses make technology purchasing decisions around Microsoft and Lenovo solutions.

I've also led and developed sales organizations, managing 15–20 representatives across four teams at Breed International and recruiting, training, and mentoring new representatives at HomeFix Custom Remodeling. I enjoy building customer relationships, coaching sales talent, and driving territory growth through direct engagement.
