I've built and turned around business operations across Quest Flow Controls, The Clerkley Watkins Group, and Brent Grinding, owning P&L, budgets, payroll, procurement, logistics, contracts, marketing, and financial operations. At Quest Flow Controls, I built the operating infrastructure from zero for a $3M+ international valve manufacturing startup and led brand and trade-show efforts that contributed to 12 signed contracts and 35% growth in international business inquiries.

At The Clerkley Watkins Group, I restored profitability within a year for a firm losing $20K per month by reducing headcount, controlling spend, and renegotiating vendor contracts.
