I'm looking for a customer-focused leadership opportunity where I can build client relationships, improve operations, lead teams, manage budgets, and drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.

I lead Turnkey Cleaning Company, managing teams of 6–10 and responding quickly to evolving client needs with complete customer satisfaction as the driving force.

I develop written bids, assess risk, negotiate construction contracts, manage P&L and budgets, and have maintained an 80% client retention rate over more than nine years. I also lead safety meetings and sustained a zero-accident record for 80 months.

Previously, I supported the CEO at United Power Company and grew accounts and partnerships at Dunham Cellars, generating more than $2M in annual combined profit from over 100 new accounts.
