I founded and scaled MercoLocal from concept into a profitable technology-based company serving 200+ organizations across 26 states and supporting 10,000+ businesses.

I led the company’s operations, personnel, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, contracts, vendors, and organizational planning. I also defined the original platform’s functionality, workflows, business rules, and user experience, then directed development resources and QA/QC.

I pivoted MercoLocal’s business model to profitability, built strategic publishing relationships, and expanded from proof of concept to 45 publications in seven months. As the company grew, I continuously redesigned technology, workflows, production resources, partnerships, and cost structures to improve scalability and reduce delivery costs.

Earlier at EnergySolutions, I led complex regulated operations, improved production rates by 400%, reduced annual operating costs by $2.95M, and scaled processing units from 7.5 ft³ to 720 ft³. I build practical operating systems that strengthen safety, compliance, workforce flexibility, service continuity, and sustainable growth.
