I’m an Operations Director known for building efficient systems, leading teams, and delivering data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals. My background spans leadership, analytics, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

I’ve led large operational teams and owned end-to-end improvements across people operations, finance workflows, marketing execution, IT enablement, and case-management processes. I’ve connected systems (including CRM to QuickBooks Online) and built automations through APIs to reduce manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and outcomes.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Project Manager and Analyst, where I led complex, analytical initiatives across multiple departments and presented progress and results to executives. I created data visualizations, managed multi-source data audits, and improved quality scores through streamlined processes.

Most recently, I’m serving as an Operations Coordinator for a Series A healthcare startup—owning recruiting, onboarding, expense operations, and Standard Operating Procedures as the company scales. I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset to every environment.
