I am an operations-focused leader with hands-on experience scaling day-to-day processes, building high-performance teams, and improving operational efficiency across production, logistics, and customer service.

As Director of Operations, I led strategic planning, budget and resource management, vendor relationships, and KPI-driven improvements, delivering measurable cost savings and streamlined workflows. I also mentored teams and implemented systems like ERP/CRM to automate operations.

Currently I serve as a Client Specialist where I manage client communication, relationship management, reporting, and sales support while maintaining accurate documentation. I bring bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and a customer-first approach to every role.
