I’m looking for a customer support or technical support role where I can use my fast-learning mindset for inbound/outbound calls and live chat, solve customer issues, and grow with a team that values clear communication.

I’m a hard worker, very outgoing and optimistic, and one of my best qualities is being a fast learner. I love learning new things and connecting with new people around the globe, so I adapt quickly to new systems, products, and customer needs.

In my recent roles, I’ve done tech support for Apple with inbound calls, handled customer inquiries with professionalism, and resolved issues across live chat, inbound, and outbound support. I’ve also worked with insurance-related processes, including retrieving medical records on behalf of insurance companies, and supporting tax-season customers through outbound/inbound and live chat questions.
