I am seeking a role that allows me to further enhance educational practices and foster community partnerships, focusing on student success and innovative curriculum development.

As a dedicated educational leader with over a decade of experience, I have successfully managed the daily operations of an elementary school, focusing on fostering a positive learning environment for both students and staff. My role as Principal at Charles E. Roderick Elementary School has allowed me to implement innovative curriculum changes, improve student achievement, and earn recognition for our school’s progress.

Throughout my career, I have prioritized collaboration and community engagement, working closely with parents, staff, and local organizations to enhance educational programs and initiatives. My leadership in various committees has driven significant improvements in curriculum development and student support systems, ensuring that all students receive the quality education they deserve.
