Headed the IT department, conducting client interviews, gathering and analyzing requirements, and writing technical descriptions. Designed solution architectures, conducted talent interviews, managed teams and tasks, and mentored junior developers.

Developed, deployed, and supported internal tools, optimizing the development workflow by setting up an internal NuGet server and moving shared libraries to versioned packages. Simplified and optimized configurations, and merged two different applications into one with complete backward compatibility.

Conducted requirements analysis, learning client's business rules and logic, and planned and implemented project architecture using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. Designed domain objects, REST service APIs, and developed rich AngularJS client-side applications, leading the development team.

Developed the core logic of the Wijmo-AngularJS interop framework, a key feature of the product. Contributed significantly to the product's core functionalities.

Participated in an outsource enterprise project, developing a micro-CRM application for warehouse accounting using ASP.NET MVC. Conducted business analysis and full-stack development, including a rich UI dashboard with actual and forecasted information and report generation with QR-codes.

Designed and implemented the company's internal use portal, a custom CMS with features like company organization, employee lists, news, events, and meeting schedules. The portal significantly improved communication and team spirit among employees across different offices and time zones.

Gained minor experience in mobile development on Windows Phone 7, creating a Silverlight app for a local cellular operator. Provided support and development for several web and desktop projects using ASP.NET and WPF.

Developed a Silverlight Gallery that enhanced album and photo viewing with a user-friendly UI and comfortable UX in one window, featuring asynchronous image loading. This innovation significantly improved the user experience compared to mainstream approaches at the time.

* electron-transfer molecules: plastoquinon, ferredoxin, plastocyanin.
