I'm looking to lead commercial strategy, channel growth, customer lifecycle, and operating-model work where I can translate customer insight and economics into scalable revenue, retention, and enterprise adoption.

I’ve delivered $350M in verified business impact by turning customer insight, channel performance, and commercial economics into scalable growth programs. Most recently, through Elm Commercial Strategy, I’ve helped executive teams build channel infrastructure, operating models, and AI-enabled tools that improve revenue decisions.

At Henry Meds, I scaled annual revenue from $450K to $6M in nine months while growing the patient base from 1,500 to more than 20,000. At Herbalife, I led commercial and channel strategy for its $1B North American business, expanding experiential retail revenue by $125M, delivering $75M in incremental DTC revenue, and improving promotional ROI by 18%.

I build practical commercial systems—from customer journeys and pricing to market-entry models, loyalty programs, and enterprise platforms—that teams can adopt at scale.
