I am a French customer operations and client services professional with 4+ years of experience in customer service, field operations, operational coordination, complaint resolution, and frontline support across fast-paced, multi-site environments.

At La Poste, I developed a highly versatile operational profile, working as a Field Services Expert and operational referent. I coordinated field activities, adjusted schedules, supported teams, handled changing priorities, and acted as a link between customers, field teams, and management. I also managed customer complaints and escalations, investigated issues, and worked to find practical solutions while maintaining service quality and deadlines.

My experience also includes technical support and user assistance, including installing and commissioning home teleassistance equipment and explaining its use to customers. This strengthened my ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and solve problems directly in the field.
