I am looking for a role that values customer engagement and offers growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

As a recent graduate from ENSAIA with a degree in Biotechnology, I have developed a strong foundation in both technical and customer service skills. My experience as a customer service agent at Onepilot allowed me to manage incoming calls and handle customer inquiries efficiently using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role honed my ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have worked as a dispatcher and customer support manager at ZITICITY, where I organized and managed real-time deliveries while addressing the needs of clients and couriers. My academic background, combined with my hands-on experience in customer relations, equips me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and customer service.
