I’m looking for a B2B SaaS role where I can own the customer lifecycle end-to-end—onboarding, adoption, renewals, and QBRs—partnering with Sales and Product to drive measurable ROI through POCs, health scoring, and proactive intervention.

I’m a results-driven Solution Consultant and Customer Success/Client Experience leader with 5+ years of high-touch pre-sales and post-sale experience in B2B SaaS. I specialise in enterprise customer onboarding, requirements gathering, product adoption, and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.

I lead executive-level discovery and business reviews—translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions through POCs, demo environments, and RFP/RFI response support. I’ve managed global accounts across APAC, EMEA, US, and North America, driving retention, expansion revenue, and measurable ROI.

On the customer side, I build trust through proactive customer health scoring and intervention plans. I’ve maintained a 96% CSAT rating for 2 consecutive years, recovered 17 out of 19 churn-risk clients with targeted campaigns, and supported renewals and expansion with QBR/EBR insights, dashboards, and risk assessments.

I also bring hands-on enablement and innovation—building an AI-powered Chrome extension, creating a comprehensive self-serve Article Library, and integrating support workflows using ChatGPT and Claude to reduce response time. I enjoy partnering with Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering to sharpen competitive positioning and influence roadmaps with structured customer feedback.
