I’m looking for a customer success role where I can own retention and revenue growth end-to-end, run structured QBRs, and use data plus AI automation to scale playbooks, improve adoption, and drive measurable outcomes with cross-functional teams.

I’m a customer-focused account and success leader with 2+ years owning the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and product adoption to structured QBRs, upsell/cross-sell, and retention. I’ve driven meaningful revenue impact, including Rs. 1 Cr in ARR, improved retention by 15%, and built repeatable review cadences and playbooks that keep fast-growing teams consistent.

In my roles, I’ve combined data and relationship management to move adoption and outcomes forward. I translate platform data into actionable recommendations, build executive-level MBR/QBR narratives, and proactively manage adoption risks with cross-functional escalations and usage KPI tracking.

I’m also AI-native: I build with LLMs and automation tools hands-on. Recently, I’ve owned AI-powered internal platform adoption across 60+ teams, using RAG and LLM integrations to create knowledge systems that reduce manual handling time while supporting teams with fast, consistent information access.
