What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-native developer platforms, test automation frameworks, and internal products that reduce cognitive load and accelerate engineering velocity. I thrive in roles where I can shape quality strategy, deliver modern automation systems, and grow high-performing engineering teams.

I've led quality, platform, and developer-tooling organizations at Weber, Y Media Labs, Lumosity, Dictionary.com, and Xero, building systems that make engineering teams faster and more confident.

At Weber, I built an agentic AI Test Co-Pilot that automated specification review, test authoring, publishing, and release notes. The platform reduced time-to-value by 80% and saved more than 20 hours of manual cycle execution per sprint, while an AI log-analysis engine streamlined defect discovery across mobile and firmware products.

At Lumosity, I led a GitLab CI/CD migration and created self-service ephemeral test environments that increased testing throughput 5x. I also helped reduce pipeline build times from as long as two hours to 10 minutes.

I'm now building AI products end to end, including Story Turtle and an early-stage localization platform, while advising Calidad AI on its GxP auditing product. I enjoy turning user pain points into practical AI automation, growing engineering leaders, and creating platforms that reduce cognitive load.
