At Fidelity - Workplace Investments, I defined enterprise Quality Engineering strategy across database reconciliation, functional automation, mobile quality engineering, API validation, and end-to-end integration testing for critical platforms including CBS and PTABS.
I designed reusable functional and performance automation suites that raised coverage to 95–98% and reduced regression execution from 160 hours per QE to two hours overall. I also established quality gates and release-readiness practices across multiple environments.
At Verizon, I contributed to Quality Engineering Centre of Excellence operations and designed approaches spanning automation, performance, resilience, and CI/CD. I developed automation components and explored AI-enabled approaches for defect analysis and engineering productivity.
Across my work in insurance, banking, and other enterprise settings, I’ve developed Quality Engineering and performance practices, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. I’ve also worked on workload modeling, cloud environments, and resilience testing.
