I seek a role where I can manage high-volume claims, improve warranty and support processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow into project or team leadership.

I am a senior customer service and warranty specialist with over 10 years of experience supporting both B2B and B2C clients, focused on resolving complex issues across phone, email, and chat while maintaining strong vendor and cross-functional partnerships.

In recent roles I managed 40–50+ claims weekly, led process improvements that reduced cycle times by up to 20%, lowered re-open and repeat claim rates, and negotiated vendor terms to reduce costs while protecting revenue.

I bring hands-on experience with CRM, reporting and analytics tools, document management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and automotive technology; I’m pursuing a BBA and CAPM certification to deepen my project management and process design expertise.
