I seek a Dealer Auditor or compliance-focused role where I can apply warranty expertise, improve processes, and support OEM audit operations with travel and hybrid flexibility.

I am a results-driven warranty administrator and service coordinator with more than 20 years of dealership experience across Chevrolet, Toyota and heavy equipment brands.

For the past several years I managed warranty claims and service coordination for 17 manufacturers, developing audit-ready processes that improved approval rates and significantly reduced rejections. I contributed to operations that placed a dealership among the Top 30 Dealers Nationwide for CNH‑New Holland.

I hold CNH‑New Holland Level 3 Warranty Certification and a Service Management Certification, and I am proficient with multiple DMS platforms including Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Primus, Keystone and ADP. I use Excel and OEM portals daily to produce accurate reporting and ensure OEM policy compliance.
