Kayla Johnson

I’m a versatile educator with a Cross-Cultural Adult Education degree and a highly diverse teaching and medical background. I’ve excelled in high school and college level classroom instruction, private adult tutoring, and education delivery.

Currently, I plan and deliver learning experiences for diverse audiences—including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff—using both in-person and virtual methods. I provide “at the elbow” support during Go-Live events and am credentialed in ClinDoc & Long-Term Care.

Previously, I worked as a VESL Instructor, teaching reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar. I put together lessons and lesson plans for students who were online and in person.

In patient services, I answered and scheduled patients per doctor’s orders, confirmed appointments, communicated with clients, and updated client records. I also trained all new schedulers for GHI scheduling, and I’ve provided hands-on care as a caregiver (CNA), including managing medication, assisting with bathing and dressing, and keeping patient records up to date.
