I've supported high-volume ambulatory primary- and specialty-care teams at Cooper University Health Care since 2011, using Epic to strengthen documentation, orders, referrals, scheduling, and patient communication.

Through my Clinical Informatics Internship, I partnered with informatics leadership to evaluate technology, provider needs, clinical workflows, usability concerns, and patient outcomes. I translate frontline clinical and operational needs into practical workflow and technology recommendations.

With 26+ years of clinical experience and approximately 17 years supporting Epic ambulatory workflows, I train end users, troubleshoot issues, improve documentation accuracy, and support care coordination while protecting patient privacy.
