What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building Epic education programs, supporting implementations and optimization, and improving healthcare workflows through training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

At Presbyterian Healthcare Services, I design and deliver Epic training for Radiant, Patient Access, Home, Health, and Hospice, creating curricula, simulations, assessments, and workflow-based learning materials.

I support Epic implementations, upgrades, and enterprise go-lives through application support, at-the-elbow coaching, competency evaluation, and collaboration with analysts, clinical stakeholders, operational leaders, and project teams.

I've also led Patient Access and Patient Transport operations, improving workflows, onboarding and coaching staff, managing quality and productivity measures, and strengthening service delivery across healthcare teams.
