What I'm looking for
I’m a talent operations and workforce leader coordinating end-to-end recruiting workflows—from vacancy intake and request-to-post through interview support, onboarding coordination, and employee lifecycle actions. In my current Administrator V / Workforce Manager role with the Colorado Department of Human Services, I manage recruitment operations across multiple CMHHIP departments and keep actions moving through approval, compliance-sensitive systems, and internal trackers.
I partner closely with appointing authorities, HR business partners, hiring managers, and administrative staff to move hiring actions from vacancy identification through posting, interview logistics, candidate communications, and onboarding steps. I prepare and review recruitment-related documentation, including position description details, approval memos, candidate instructions, scoring packets, and internal request-to-post materials.
I also focus on candidate experience and operational clarity: I coordinate interview panels by scheduling, assembling packets and scoring tools, managing deadlines, and supporting follow-up communication. And I create order in complex hiring environments by documenting operating steps, reducing confusion across departments, and improving process consistency for high-volume hiring actions.
Before this, I led staffing and operational coordination for a public-sector team of more than 90 staff as a Program Administrator, using program data and operational trends to identify workforce needs and improve process execution. My background includes Workforce Development Supervision, remote Specialist work in Implementation/Customer Success Operations at NoRedInk, and earlier operations leadership and team coaching across customer service and eligibility-focused roles—skills I bring together to support both hiring partners and the people moving through the process.
