I am a dedicated bilingual professional with experience supporting refugees and immigrants through language assistance, case management support, and culturally responsive services. I am fluent in Rohingya and English, and I provide consecutive interpretation and translation with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in sensitive situations.

In my current role as a Community Navigator at the Immigrant & Refugee Center of Northern Colorado (IRCNoCo), I help refugee and immigrant clients access community resources and public benefits. I provide interpretation between Rohingya-speaking clients and service providers, help clients complete forms and understand official documents, and document interactions using Salesforce while maintaining confidential records.

I coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to ensure clients can communicate effectively and receive the support they need. I deliver culturally competent customer service and I’m seeking a remote Rohingya Interpreter position where I can use my language skills and community service experience to help individuals communicate accurately in healthcare, legal, social service, and customer support settings.
