I seek a role where I can manage accounts, design impactful trainings, apply data-driven decisions, and grow within a collaborative organization focused on measurable outcomes.

I am a customer success professional with hands-on experience managing accounts across local, federal, and global organizations, consistently maintaining satisfactory account health and driving positive outcomes.

While contracted as a Customer Success Representative, I designed and conducted trainings that exceeded standards, earning recognition for confidentiality, accountability, and clear communication.

I oversee account activities including economic policy management enforcement, financial records coordination, user engagement, and customer service, using data entry and technology to support operations and decision-making.

I am completing a Science of Business degree with a minor in Data Analytics, bringing coursework in quantitative reasoning, spreadsheets, mathematical modeling, and communication to complement my practical sales and inventory management experience.
