I’m an operations leader with 9+ years of cross-industry experience, currently functioning as a Virtual COO for a high-growth e-commerce company. I build the systems, teams, and workflows that let founders scale “without chaos,” across hiring, revenue ops, launch execution, community, and automation.

I specialize in stepping into fast-moving startups and taking ownership across functions—creating operational clarity from scratch. In my current role, I scaled the business from 10 to 40+ team members in under 6 months by designing end-to-end hiring and onboarding systems across sales, support, and content.

I’ve also built operational infrastructure from the ground up: SOPs for support, sales, content, refunds, and performance tracking—reducing execution friction and founder dependency. I own launch operations (webinars), manage payment gateway setup and workflows, run email automation sequences, and deliver weekly performance reporting across lead pipeline, Meta ads ROAS, creative performance, and team KPIs.

Earlier, I managed compliance and quality operations for a 150+ person EdTech organization, supervising adherence to operational standards and regulatory compliance while improving onboarding and data accuracy. Before that, I worked in personal banking and teaching—experience that sharpened my attention to process, service quality, and clear communication.
