I’ve been the sole owner of operations, finance, and people functions for a remote-first SaaS business, working directly with the founding director with no team beneath me. I enjoy turning ambiguity into repeatable systems and outcomes, especially when the role is still being defined.

I lead GTM and project execution across content, design, and delivery teams. I own client engagement end to end—from proposals and commercial negotiation to closure—with stakeholders across the US, UK, and Philippines.

I’ve handled the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing and hiring for full-time roles, interns, and freelancers through LinkedIn, Naukri, and Upwork, then driving onboarding, engagement, and retention. On the finance side, I own P&L tracking, invoicing, billing, and spend, built reconciliation processes from scratch, and strengthened accountability. I also run vendor selection and cost negotiations, and document SOPs across hiring, client workflows, and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC, payroll, background checks) so the business can run without constant oversight.

Alongside this, I’ve freelanced in operations, GTM, and growth—managing social media and events for a NYC photo studio, running early feedback loops for an assessment platform, validating growth through international customer trials for a property management product, and optimizing ecommerce catalogs for auto parts and OBD scanners. I’m also founding a creative and growth agency, then building a B2B SaaS product under it, personally covering positioning, landing pages, Meta Ads, and early customer conversations.
