I’m an operations leader with 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Academic Operations, Program Management, and Team Leadership in the EdTech sector. I build academic operations functions from scratch—structuring workflows, staffing models, and execution plans that hold up as teams and learners scale.
In my current role, I’ve designed and launched academic programs from scratch and owned end-to-end operational execution. I built complete academic operations infrastructure “from zero,” including SOPs, hiring frameworks, onboarding systems, KPI dashboards, operational trackers, and scalable workflows.
I partner directly with founder-level stakeholders on business strategy—supporting pricing decisions and investor presentations—while also driving measurable outcomes. I helped take an organization from zero to first revenue in 4 months, reaching 30+ active students, and building a network of 100+ recruited and onboarded tutors.
Previously, I grew a tutoring business from 15 to 40+ students (167% growth) by owning the full funnel—sales, counseling, demos, and teaching—alongside strong coordination of scheduling, billing, and communication. Earlier, at Infosys, I supported enterprise reporting and analytics in Business Intelligence using SQL and Power BI with Agile-based delivery.
