What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve challenging network, cloud, and security incidents in a fast-paced, security-driven environment where I can own complex problems, collaborate with engineering teams, automate diagnostics, and continue learning.

I've supported complex enterprise networks at Forever Oceans Panama, Dell Technologies, and CSS Corp, resolving TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, VPN, firewall, operating system, and application incidents. At Forever Oceans, I administered network security and connectivity across four international sites for a 268+ user global organization.

I build Python and Bash diagnostic tooling, manage AWS, Azure, and GCP security controls, and use packet-level analysis to identify root causes across LAN, WAN, cloud, and SaaS environments. I also document runbooks in Confluence, mentor peers, and collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, ISPs, and customers to turn complex incidents into clear resolutions.
