I'm a Network Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking, telecommunications infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT operations. My expertise includes network monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, process automation, and infrastructure reliability.
Currently at Syniverse, I work in Network Operations, monitoring and investigating IP network and telecommunications signaling alarms. I troubleshoot routing, switching, MPLS, and connectivity issues, coordinate escalations with engineering teams and service providers, and support incident resolution across critical network infrastructure.
Beyond operational responsibilities, I enjoy building solutions that eliminate repetitive work. I independently developed an internal change-request workflow tool that reduced handling time from over 10 minutes to approximately 2 minutes, improving operational efficiency by more than 80%.
Previously at Concentrix, I gained experience troubleshooting routing, switching, and forwarding issues involving Juniper network infrastructure. I also have experience with Microsoft Azure virtual machines, cloud networking, and AWS environments.
My technical background includes Juniper Junos, Cisco networking, BGP, MPLS, Linux, Microsoft Azure, AWS, network monitoring, incident management, and workflow automation. I hold Juniper certifications, including JNCIP-SP, JNCIS-SP, and JNCIA-Junos, along with Microsoft certifications in Azure, Security, Compliance, Identity, and Microsoft 365.
I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Engineering, further developing my knowledge of network security, cloud security, and infrastructure protection.
I'm particularly interested in remote opportunities involving Network Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Automation, Cybersecurity, and Site Reliability Engineering, where I can combine technical troubleshooting with automation and continuous improvement to build reliable, secure, and scalable systems.
