At Grupo Caribeños, I support LAN/WAN, wireless, security, systems, and IT operations for approximately 60 business locations and 300 users and devices. I troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and ISP connectivity issues that affect business-critical services.

I implemented a centralized Zabbix monitoring environment on Ubuntu Server and Hyper-V, onboarding more than 12 infrastructure hosts to improve visibility and proactive incident detection. I also administer a UniFi wireless environment with more than 30 access points and support Fortinet firewall policies, network segmentation, endpoint access, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Previously at OFG Telecommunications, I supported field operations for U.S. projects by reviewing site infrastructure, validating technical documentation, and managing inventory and operational information with SQL and data tools.

I'm focused on network engineering, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and dependable operational support, backed by Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Linux, Hyper-V, and ITSM processes.
