What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a security role where I can apply blue team practices, firewall/network troubleshooting, and log analysis to protect cloud and on-prem systems. I want a collaborative team focused on stable environments and continuous security improvement.

I’m a Network Security Engineer / Cloud Security Analyst with 5 years of combined IT experience focused on keeping cloud and on-prem systems stable and secure. In my current role as an IBM Cloud Trust and Safety Analyst (september 2022 - Present), I support secure environments with strong Cloud v4 foundational knowledge, blue team practices, and cybersecurity certifications including Security+ and CySA+ (CySA+), backed by IBM Certified Technical Advocate and IBM Certified Advocate Plus - Cloud.

Previously, as a TAC and Network Security Engineer, I configured and troubleshot Cisco firewalls—handling NAT, ACL, static and dynamic routing, device management, and remote access—while analyzing connectivity issues across HTTP, DNS, SNMP, DHCP, VLAN, STP, and Syslog. I’m also experienced with intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS), log analysis, and vulnerability assessment concepts, with intermediate Linux skills that help me proactively secure enterprise networks.
