At GFT supporting Experian, I direct global DNS, F5, and BlueCat DDI operations across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. I also manage Citrix NetScaler ADC traffic delivery and L2/L3 infrastructure changes.

I contributed to an enterprise DNS migration from Network Solutions to CSC and Experian core name servers, maintaining zero-downtime routing for critical cloud and on-premises endpoints.

I built and released an AI-assisted Python application using REST APIs to automate bulk BlueCat updates, reducing manual operational change windows. My work spans Azure, routing, MPLS lifecycle management, and IPsec VPN connectivity.

Previously at Teknowledge, I led P1/P2 Azure networking incident response, mentored engineers in BGP, OSPF, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and packet analysis, and authored technical knowledge-base articles and runbooks adopted by TAC teams.
