I’m a Network Security Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Cisco TAC environments, specializing in VPN technologies (IPSec, IKEv1/v2, SSL) and enterprise security solutions. I’ve built a reputation for troubleshooting complex network issues, optimizing secure connectivity, and delivering high-quality support under SLA-driven environments.

At Foundever (Cisco TAC) I resolved high-complexity network and security incidents across enterprise environments while consistently meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets. I configured and supported secure VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL, AnyConnect) across Windows, macOS, and Linux, and I implemented and troubleshot authentication mechanisms (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML) to enable secure access control.

I also work hands-on with Cisco security technologies (ASA, Firepower FMC/FDM), including firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, and logging, plus assisted customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer connectivity issues. I’ve supported VPN configuration between Cisco and third-party devices (Palo Alto, Juniper, AWS, Azure, etc.), and I bring that same structured, customer-first troubleshooting approach from my earlier operations and customer service roles.
