At OpenText, I used MITRE ATT&CK for threat analysis and built Python automation for threat detection and security signature categorization, reducing manual workload by approximately 25%. I also supported security operations, incident response, and investigations of security events and technical data.

At IBM, I managed and troubleshot Cisco ASA and Check Point firewalls, investigated connectivity and policy incidents, and used Wireshark to diagnose network anomalies and identify root causes.
