At Microsoft Costa Rica, I investigate and resolve complex network connectivity, routing, VPN, and security incidents across large-scale hybrid cloud environments, meeting SLA targets and minimizing customer impact.
I serve as a networking SME for Azure hybrid environments, troubleshooting Layer 3 connectivity, VPN gateways, load balancers, and DNS. I use packet captures, network diagnostics, and log analysis to identify service disruptions.
During critical incidents, I collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams on root cause analysis and solutions that improve network availability and performance. I also document technical findings and operational procedures.
Earlier, at AT&T Costa Rica, I worked with Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches and routers, Checkpoint Firewalls, and issues involving VRFs, IPsec, routing, VLANs, and ACLs. At Concentrix Costa Rica, I handled technical cases and supported secure connectivity solutions including PPTP, L2TP, IPsec, and SSL.
