What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote leadership role where I can build and scale retention, lifecycle, CRM, loyalty, and ecommerce programs, own strategy and MarTech investment decisions, and deliver measurable customer value and revenue growth.

I've built retention, lifecycle, CRM, and ecommerce programs at Naked & Thriving and Holley, leading teams and customer programs that influence revenue across email, SMS, subscriptions, referrals, direct mail, and onsite experiences. At Naked & Thriving, I led a six-person retention organization influencing approximately 85% of company revenue, improved repeat-purchase revenue mix by roughly 24 percentage points, and nearly doubled active subscriptions in under a year.

At Holley, I functioned as Head of CRM, owning HubSpot strategy and operations for 100+ users, 20+ ecommerce properties, and millions of customers and prospects. I built Holley’s first B2B CRM and marketing automation capability, helped generate more than $12M in incremental first-year CRM revenue, and presented commercial strategy and investment recommendations to executives and boards.
