Justine Faith Nagac

I am a recent graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University –Ateneo de Cagayan, with a strong academic record and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills, which I believe are essential in any professional setting.

My experience as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance – Cagayan de Oro has taught me the importance of maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and building sustainable relationships with them. I am confident that my skills and experience make me a strong candidate for any role that requires excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have also had the opportunity to intern at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources X – Mines and Geosciences Bureau, where I assisted the human resource head and performed various tasks such as job analysis, employee recruitment, and data entry. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of the importance of effective human resource management in any organization.
