I’m a detail-oriented Business Administration graduate with hands-on customer service experience, and I focus on helping clients through clear communication and accurate support. I’m adaptable, attentive to detail, and committed to resolving issues quickly and professionally.

In my internship at the Philippine Statistics Authority, I organized appointment scheduling calendars, managed and prioritized email responses, and provided accurate answers to customer questions and concerns. At Teletech, I assisted customers with profile updates while following security and verification protocols to protect member data.

I also supported members in claiming travel reward points with accurate processing and helped educate customers by clearly explaining Terms and Conditions and eligibility for the program. I’m seeking opportunities to leverage my financial knowledge and customer service expertise in a dynamic organization.
