What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data and operations role where I can improve reporting, record accuracy, process tracking, and team support while continuing to grow my technical and cloud skills.

I've supported reporting, data quality, reconciliation, and process tracking across UnitedHealthcare, Xfinity partner retail operations, and inventory management.

At UnitedHealthcare, I organize high volumes of customer and plan information in a regulated environment, helping individuals and families evaluate health, dental, vision, accident, and life coverage options accurately. I earned Top Sales Performer recognition from January 2023 through January 2025.

As a Retail Store Manager with Bridge Locations, I maintained employee NPS reporting, created a weekly operations tracking drive for Sea-Tac store managers, and coached teams on documentation and service standards.

I'm pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and hold AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Project+, and front-end/back-end developer credentials. I bring a practical, collaborative approach to clearer reporting, reliable records, and technology-enabled operations.
