What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my skills in a product operations environment where I can continue learning and contribute to the delivery and improvement of digital products and processes.

At I&M Bank, I manage customer requests and applications from initial engagement through processing and follow-up. I coordinate with credit, operations and branch teams to move requests through the banking process.

I use banking systems and digital tools to track customer information and application progress, and review records to identify gaps and resolve processing issues. I also explain digital and financial products to customers and support their adoption.

Previously, I supported customer service and relationship management at KCB BANK. My earlier work with EKEMORE LTD and KNBS involved collecting and checking structured customer and household data; I’m now looking to apply my experience in product operations and help improve digital products and processes.
