I’m looking for a microfinance role where I can grow sales and client retention, strengthen credit decisions with strong risk/compliance controls, and use analytics to improve portfolio performance and branch operations.

I’m a dynamic, results-focused microfinance professional with 17 years of expertise in microfinance, banking, sales and marketing, compliance, and risk management. I drive productivity in high-pressure environments by leading cross-functional teams and implementing practical, data-informed improvements. I’m highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong capability in data analysis and business optimization tools.

In my current role, I drive sales of microfinance products by identifying client needs and offering tailored financial solutions, while maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and group meetings. I also support credit and financial operations—covering loan origination in LOS, loan analysis and appraisal (including KYC and security adequacy checks), internal controls, budgeting support, and daily reports preparation to monitor repayment at branch level.
