I handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests at Access Bank across live chat, email, inbound calls, and social media. I use Oracle and internal banking systems to review and update customer and account information.

I manage over 70 daily requests, including failed mobile transactions, fraudulent activities, erroneous transfers, and debit card complaints. I follow banking controls closely to protect sensitive information and prevent third-party access.

Previously at Midtown Tech Hub, I supported prospective and existing customers from enquiry through enrollment, made outbound promotional calls, and handled enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. I also maintained customer records and coordinated with marketing and administrative teams to resolve issues.
