What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote or hybrid role where I can deliver excellent customer support, resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with distributed teams while continuously improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

I’m a dedicated Customer Service Professional who supports clients, manages customer relationships, and resolves inquiries with care and consistency. I’m comfortable handling phone, email, and virtual communication while keeping records accurate and up to date.

In my recent role at 360SYNERGY COACHING FIRM, I managed customer and client communications through phone, email, and virtual channels. I reviewed and screened over 100 CVs monthly, supported recruitment and onboarding for at least 10 employees per month, and maintained accurate records for over 50 staff members with zero reporting discrepancies.

With Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, I supported internal control and compliance as part of NYSC by responding to stakeholder inquiries and maintaining confidential customer and organizational records. I also prepared reports and documentation to support operational transparency and helped with workflow improvements and service delivery initiatives.

Earlier, at OG CAPITAL FINANCE, I gained hands-on experience across operations and customer-facing work. As an Operations Intern, I coordinated daily administrative operations and supported scheduling, inventory tracking, and office administration; as a Sales Executive Intern, I engaged customers, addressed inquiries with product information, and contributed to securing investments exceeding ₦1 million.
