I'm a customer-focused professional with experience in business operations, customer communication, and relationship building. My background includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors and customers, supporting business growth, and ensuring projects run smoothly. Through these experiences, I've developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

To strengthen my customer-facing skills, I completed hands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR) training focused on prospecting, discovery conversations, lead qualification, objection handling, CRM workflows, and professional communication. The experience deepened my ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and build meaningful relationships.

Most recently, I've supported the operations of an educational publishing business, managing customer communication, school outreach, order coordination, vendor relationships, and day-to-day administrative activities. This experience strengthened my ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

I'm interested in remote opportunities in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales Development, Business Development, and Sales Operations. I enjoy learning new technologies, collaborating with diverse teams, and helping customers solve problems.
