I'm seeking an entry-level IT or computer engineering role to apply hands-on hardware, troubleshooting, and networking skills in a collaborative team, learn via mentorship, and contribute to practical technical solutions.

I am a motivated computer engineering student completing an Associate in Arts with coursework in Computer Architecture, Digital Logic Design, Networking Fundamentals, Programming (C++/Python), and Operating Systems.

I have practical experience assembling and configuring PCs (BIOS, OS installation, drivers), configuring routers and switches in lab environments, and writing small automation and algorithm projects in Python and C++. My retail tech roles provided hands-on customer support, basic device troubleshooting, and familiarity with ticketing and retail tech platforms.

I thrive solving technical problems under pressure, communicating clearly with customers and teammates, and continually expanding my skills. I am seeking an entry-level IT or computer engineering position where I can contribute practical technical support and grow through real-world projects and mentorship.
