What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT or technology role where I can apply and grow my technical skills in troubleshooting, user support, programming, and real-world problem solving.

I've built multiple personal computers from the ground up, configuring hardware and troubleshooting system issues.

Through shadowing IT professionals at Florida Atlantic University, I gained exposure to diagnosing issues, assisting users, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. I'm pursuing a Computer Science degree while developing in C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, and HTML.

My work in high-volume restaurant and retail environments has strengthened my communication, adaptability, time management, and ability to solve problems under pressure.
