What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT support role where I can apply my customer service, troubleshooting, user training, and growing IT knowledge to deliver clear, reliable technical assistance.

At Amazon Warehouse, I train and onboard employees on warehouse software, handheld devices, operational systems, and robotics technology. I provide one-on-one coaching to resolve device, technology, and workflow issues that affect productivity.

I bring customer-facing support experience from Food Lion and Carlie C’s IGA, where I operated POS systems, resolved register and transaction issues, and maintained accurate data entry.

I’m completing an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology & Cybersecurity while building knowledge in networking, Windows, Linux/UNIX, security, virtualization, and technical troubleshooting. I’m looking to apply my training and customer support background in IT support.
