I am an IT-driven support professional with hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, and server building, combined with strong customer-service roles in retail environments. I have performed technical support for employees, set up Windows systems, and learned Cisco networking through online coursework.

In retail positions, I consistently provided customer service, managed departments as needed, and supported e-commerce and produce operations. I bring practical troubleshooting skills, experience building and maintaining computer systems, and familiarity with multiple operating systems.
